This cheezeburger recipe will include ingredient like:
- adobo
- salt
- black pepper
With you choice of grounded meat make each serving size a medium size burger ball.
Add three to four layers of adobo and one layer of salt to every medium size burger balls.
Match the seasoning into the meat and form it back to a ball.
Pour a thin layer of vegetable oil on a non stick pan with the heat on high.
Let the oil sit for eight to ten second and then place the meatballs in the pan.
You can use a spatula to flatten the burger out but a smash iron.
let the burger cook for one min on each side and close it with a lid for 2 more min on the last side.
Take your burger bun preferably the one with sesame seeds and add some ketchup, mayo, bbq, and sriracha.
You can always add some tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese on the burger.
This burger has three seasoning and three topping. Plan and simple is the way to go!
